摘 要:针对我国煤矿井下用防爆柴油机安标认证标准和国外其他国家认证标准有较大差别的问题,对我国的安标认证标准和其他国家的认证标准进行了具体分析,在防爆结构尺寸、防爆安全要求、受控件防爆要求和排放限值等方面进行了详细对比。通过对比发现,我国标准相较于其他国家的标准要求内容比较单一和粗略,而美国和澳大利亚标准相对详细和具体;我国标准在排放限值方面相较于其他国家要求更为详细,可分为3个标准级别,其他国家为1个标准级别。In view of the big difference between the domestic and foreign safety certification standard of explosion-proof diesel engine for underground use in coal mine,the safety certification standard of China and other countries were analyzed.Then,a detailed comparison was made in the aspects of explosion-proof structure size,explosion-proof safety requirements,explosion-proof requirements of controlled devices and emission limits.Through comparison,it was found that compared with the standards of other countries,the content of Chinese standards was relatively simple and rough,while the standards of the United States and Australia were relatively detailed and specific.Compared with other countries,China’s standards were more detailed in terms of emission limits,which can be divided into three standard levels and one standard level in other countries.
