摘  要:产品的开发需进一步了解38CrMoAl钢在连续冷却过程中的相变行为。采用MMS-200热模拟试验机和C-STRAIN传感器研究了不同冷速下含0.40%C、1.46%Cr、0.18%Mo、0.89%Al、0.25%Si和0.44%Mn(质量分数)的38CrMoA钢的相变温度区间和冷却速率对相变组织的影响,并绘制了钢的连续冷却转变曲线。通过连续冷却转变试验和热模拟试验确定了38CrMoAl钢棒材的热轧温度和轧后的冷却速率。根据试验结果生产了可用于制作注塑机螺杆和套筒的Φ200 mm 38CrMoAl钢棒材。低倍检验、硬度和力学性能检测表明,棒材的质量达到了用户的要求。The product development needs to further identify transformation behavior of 38 CrMoAl steel during continuous cooling.The phase change temperature region and the effect of cooling rate on transformed structure of38 CrMoAl steel containing 0.40%C,1.46%Cr,0.18%Mo,0.89%Al,0.25%Si,and 0.44%Mn by mass were investigated when cooled at different rates with the use of MMS-200 thermal simulator and C-STRAIN sensor,and the steel’s CCT diagram was plotted.The hot-rolling temperature and cooling rate after hot-rolling were determined by both continuous cooling test and thermal simulation test.The 38 CrMoAl steel bar 200 mm in diameter useful to screw rod and sleeve of injection molding machine has been produced on the basis of the tested results.The macroexamination,hardness and mechanical property measurements show that the quality of the bar conforms with the user’s requirement.
