中药离子导入法辅助关节镜治疗髌股外侧高压综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨中药离子导入法辅助关节镜治疗髌股外侧高压综合征的临床研究。方法选择髌股外侧高压综合征患者120例,随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组应用关节镜下外侧支持带松解术进行治疗,研究组应用中药离子导入法辅助关节镜治疗。比较2组疗效、Lysholm评分、髌骨外移度、髌骨倾斜角、髌骨适合角。结果研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1个月、3个月、6个月Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组髌骨外移度、髌骨倾斜角低于对照组(P<0.05),髌骨适合角优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药离子导入法辅助关节镜治疗髌股外侧高压综合征效果较为理想,有效改善Lysholm评分。Objective To investigate the clinical study of arthroscopy treatment of lateral patellofemoral high pressure syndrome with the aid of iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 patients with lateral patellofemoral hypertension syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic lateral support band lysis,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis to assist the arthroscopic treatment.The effi cacy,Lysholm score,patella lateral displacement,patella inclination angle,and patella fi t angle were compared between the two groups.Results The curative eff ect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm score of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The degree of patella displacement and patella inclination angle in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patella fi t angle was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the case of lateral patellofemoral hypertension syndrome,the curative eff ect of TCM iontophoresis in assisting arthroscopy is relatively ideal,with Lysholm score effectively improved,which should be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
