短刺配合饱和灸法治疗30例髌骨软化症

摘　　要：目的探讨短刺配合饱和灸法治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法将60例髌骨软化症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用短刺配合饱和灸法,对照组采用口服西药硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分量表对治疗前、后进行评分,并对临床疗效进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组疼痛评分及性别、年龄、病程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组均有所改善,且治疗组改善程度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用短刺配合饱和灸法治疗髌骨软化症效果颇佳,能有效改善患者疼痛等临床症状及膝关节功能,降低复发率,提高其生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of short needling combined with saturation moxibustion in the treatment of patellar chondromalacia.Methods 60 patients with patellar chondromalacia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with short needling plus saturation moxibustion,while the control group was treated with oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules,with 10 days as one course and three courses in total.Scores were counted by visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee joint score scale before and after treatment,and clinical effi cacy was observed.Results The total eff ective rate in the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in pain score,gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were both improved,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Short needling combined with saturation moxibustion is effective in treating patellar chondromalacia,which can eff ectively improve the patient’s pain and other clinical symptoms,improve knee joint function,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of further clinical application.
