一例成人链球菌感染后表现为IgA沉积为主型急性肾小球肾炎病例报道

摘　　要：报道1例IgA肾病患者急性链球菌感染后,引起过敏性紫癜样系统性血管炎表现和肾小球肾炎,针对链球菌的抗感染治疗后,病情很快好转,预后良好。对于急性链球菌感染后肾小球肾炎的不典型病例应予重视,积极行肾活检以获得早期诊断,并早期给予合理的治疗方案,避免不必要的激素及免疫抑制剂治疗。This paper reports the clinical data and pathological results of Henoch-Schonlein purpura-like systemic vasculitis and glomerulonephritis in a patient with IgA nephropathy after acute streptococcal infection.After the anti-infective treatment of streptococci,the condition improved quickly and the prognosis was good.Attention should be paid to the atypical cases of glomerulonephritis after acute streptococcal infection,and renal biopsy should be performed actively to obtain early diagnosis.A reasonable treatment should begiven in the early stage to avoid unnecessary hormone and immunosuppressive therapy.
