咪达唑仑注射液联合地佐辛注射液对肺叶切除术患者心排量、脑电双频指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨咪达唑仑注射液联合地佐辛注射液对肺叶切除术患者心排量(CO)和脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的需行肺叶切除术的患者48例,按随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。对照组仅给予咪达唑仑注射液麻醉,观察组给予咪达唑仑注射液联合地佐辛注射液麻醉。比较两组患者给药前、麻醉后CO和BIS的差异。结果麻醉后,观察组CO明显高于对照组、BIS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咪达唑仑注射液联合地佐辛注射液能提高肺叶切除术患者CO,同时降低患者BIS。Objective To investigate the effect of midazolam injection combined with dizoxin injection on cardiac output(CO)and bispectral index(BIS)in patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy.Methods A total of 48 patients who needed to be treated with pulmonary lobectomy and were admitted to the hospital between January and December 2019 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given anesthesia with midazolam injection alone,while the observation group was given anesthesia with midazolam injection combined with dizoxin injection.The changes of CO and BIS before administration and after anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results After anesthesia,the CO in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and BIS was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Midazolam injection combined with dizoxin injection can increase the CO in patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy while decreasing the BIS.
