摘　　要：目的分析某妇幼保健医院艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测结果,了解HIV感染情况及流行规律,为妇幼系统的艾滋病的检测和防治工作提供科学依据和理论支持。方法收集2013年至2019年进行HIV抗体筛查的阳性病例及分析确证阳性病例的流行病学资料。结果7年筛查阳性率为0.052%,经蛋白印迹试验(WB)确证阳性率为29.6%。确证阳性病例主要为通过异性感染的20~30岁女性,以初中以上学历为主,发现4例家庭内部传播病例。首次确证为HIV抗体不确定的病例,有2例随访中转阳性。结论经异性途径感染的中高学历女性人群是HIV的主要感染人群,妇幼保健院人群结构特殊,应注意筛查假阳性,做好母婴阻断和不确定结果的随访工作。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and detection results of HIV positive samples in a Women and Children Hospital,and to provides a scientific knowledge basis and theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of AIDS.Methods We collected the epidemiological data of HIV antibody screening positive cases from 2013 to 2019 and analyzed the positive cases.Results The positive rate of 7 years screening was 0.052%,which,by western blot test(WB),proved that positive rate was 29.6%.The positive cases were mainly in women aged 20-30 years old who were infected by the opposite sex.Most of positive cases had junior high school education or above and four cases of intra-family transmission were identified.Among the first-time confirmed as HIV antibody uncertain cases,2 cases were proved to be positive during the follow-up period.Conclusion The main HIV infection population is the female population with medium or high education background through heterosexual route.The population structure of maternal and child health care hospital is specialized.We should pay more attention to screening false positive,so to improve the prevention of mother-to-child transmission and follow-up work with uncertain results.
