摘 要:目的分析医务人员职业紧张性与血清甲状腺激素水平的关系。方法2019年2月至8月采取横断面调查的方法抽取我院的298例医务人员进行研究。入组后以《职业紧张量表》中个体紧张反应问卷及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数对医务人员职业紧张及睡眠质量进行调查。根据医务人员职业紧张情况调查结果将其分为非高职业紧张反应组(A组)及高职业紧张反应组(B组)。比较2组对象睡眠质量及血清甲状腺激素水平,并对医务人员职业紧张反应、睡眠质量与血清甲状腺激素水平进行相关性分析。结果本研究298例医务人员中有143例(47.99%)出现职业紧张,两组性别、年龄、工种/职称、工龄及日均工作时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组TSH水平低于A组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及FT3水平高于A组(P<0.05),两组医务人员FT4水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。医务人员匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与TSH水平呈负相关关系,与FT3水平呈正相关关系,与FT4无相关性(P>0.05)。医务人员个体紧张反应问卷得分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及FT3水平均呈正相关关系,与TSH水平呈负相关关系,与FT4水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论医务人员职业紧张者普遍存在睡眠质量差的问题,医务人员职业紧张及睡眠质量差与TSH、FT3水平均具有相关性。Objective To analyze the relationship between medical workers′occupational stress and serum thyroid hormone leveMethods From February to August of 2019,298 medical staff in our hospital were selected for a cross-sectional investigation.After entering the group,the occupational stress and sleep quality of medical staff were evaluated using the Individual Stress Response Questionnaire and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the Occupational Stress Scale.According to the occupational stress evaluation results,the subjects were divided into the non-high occupational stress response group(group A)and high occupational stress response group(group B).The sleep quality and serum thyroid hormone levels of the two groups were compared,and the correlation analysis of medical workers′occupational stress response,sleep quality and serum thyroid hormone levels was performed.Results In the current study,143(47.99%)of the 298 medical staff experienced occupational stress.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,job type/title,length of service and average daily working time(P>0.05).The TSH level in group B was lower than that in group A,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and FT3 level of medical staff in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FT4 level between the two groups(P>0.05).Pittsburgh sleep quality index was negatively correlated with TSH,while positively correlated with FT3,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index was not significantly correlated with FT4.The scores of individual stress response questionnaires of medical staff were positively correlated with Pittsburgh sleep quality index and FT3 level,and the scores of individual stress response questionnaires of medical staff were negatively correlated with TSH level.The correlation between the scores of individual stress response questionnaires and FT4 level of medical staff was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Medical workers with occupa
