摘　　要：抗IgE单克隆抗体-奥马珠单抗与游离IgE结合,阻断IgE介导的过敏级联反应。自从2003年美国FDA批准奥马珠单抗上市以来,该药受到广泛青睐,临床应用越来越多。2018年该药进入中国以来,为中-重度过敏性哮喘患者带来了福音。但直到目前为止,应用奥马珠单抗之后剩余游离IgE的检测一直非常困难,没有现成的机器可以检测。本文就游离IgE、细胞结合型IgE、IgE受体、奥马珠单抗的作用机制及临床应用以及游离IgE的检测方法等进行简要综述。The anti-IgE monoclonal antibody-omazumab can combine with free IgE and block the allergic cascade responses mediated by IgE.Since the approval of omazumab by FDA of USA in 2003,it has been widely used in various clinical practices.Since the drug entered China's market in 2018,it has significantly benefited patients with moderate or severe allergic asthma.But until now,the detection of free IgE has been very difficult.There is no ready-made device to detect free IgE in blood.In this paper,the research progresses of free IgE,cell-bound IgE,IgE receptor,omalizumab and its mechanism were reviewed.
