构建人与自然和谐共生的生态文明体系探析——基于新冠肺炎疫情的思考

摘　　要：2019年底至2020年初暴发的新冠肺炎疫情,究其根源是由人与自然关系失衡所致。因此,人们应以生态价值观念为准则,构建人与自然共存共荣的生态文化体系;坚持产业生态化和生态产业化,构建产业与生态良性互动的生态经济体系;围绕改善生态环境质量,构建各司其职、各负其责的环保目标责任体系;着眼治理体系和治理能力现代化,构建科学完善的生态文明制度体系;加强生态系统的良性循环和环境风险的有效防控,构建全球一体化的生态安全体系。The essence of the pneumonia Outbreak that COVID-19 from the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020 is the imbalance between man and nature.Therefore,we should follow the ecological values,construct the ecological culture system of coexistence and prosperity between man and nature;persist in industrial ecology and ecological industrialization,and construct the ecological economic system with close interaction between industry and ecology;focus on improving the quality of ecological environment,constructing the responsibility system of environmental protection objectives and responsibilities;focus on the modernization of governance system and governance ability,constructing a scientific and perfect ecological civilization system;strengthen ecosystem virtuous circle and environmental risk effective preven-tion and control,construct global integrated ecological security system.
