摘　　要：金线鲃属是我国特有的鲤科鱼类,分布于我国西南喀斯特地区地下暗河与相连水体中.作者采用显微光学切片断层成像技术获取一套基于Nissl染色的滇池金线鲃3维脑图谱.本文对滇池金线鲃中脑视顶盖结构进行报道.中脑视顶盖是硬骨鱼类的重要视觉中枢,主要接受对侧视神经的纤维投射,具有明显的分层结构.经过3维影像重建,在滇池金线鲃视顶盖中识别出5条神经元胞体聚集带,并以此为依据将视顶盖由内向外划分为5层:围脑室层、中央白质层、中央灰质层、表面灰质与纤维层、边缘层;同时讨论了相关分层结构的解剖学名词.The cyprinid genus Sinocyclocheilus is endemic to China and inhabits subterranean waters in karst of southwestern China.A modified Nissl-stained neuroanatomical atlas of S.grahami is obtained using micro-optical sectioning tomography.We reported the lamination of tectum opticum in S.grahami based on our 3D rendering.Tectum opticum is a major visual centre in teleost receiving retinal projections.Five stratums are recognized in the tectum opticum based on layers of neurons soma,they are stratum periventriculare,stratum album central,stratum griseum central,stratum fibrosum et griseum superficiale and stratum marginale.A stratum opticum can't be unambiguous distinguished from stratum fibrosum et greiseum superficiale.The nomenclatures for lamination of tectum opticum are also discussed.
