摘　　要：本文在分析平台管理对象及运维业务流程的基础上,介绍了平台的设计原则,给出了基于普元EOS平台的信息系统运维管理平台的体系结构,并对平台的实现过程进行了详细说明。该平台按照企业业务实践设立运维管理流程,对资产的全生命周期进行了全过程的闭环管理,同时为运维管理流程各承办环节增加了配置管理功能,优化了资产台账的更新方式。该平台的建立及运行,实现了信息系统运行维护的流程化、规范化、精细化管理。Based on the analysis of the platform management object and operation and maintenance business process,this paper introduces the design principle of the platform,gives the architecture of the operation and maintenance management platform of information system based on Primeton EOS platform,and describes the implementation process of the platform in detail.The platform established the operation and maintenance management processes according to the business practice of the enterprise,carries out the closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of the assets,increases the configuration management function for each transaction step of the operation and maintenance management process,and optimizes the updating method of the account of the assets.The establishment and operation of the platform realizes the process,standardization and fine management of the operation and maintenance of the information system.
