中国共产党人民群众观论析——从党在百年历程中制定的奋斗纲领的视角

摘　　要：在中国共产党诞辰一百周年来临之际,回顾、分析和总结中国共产党百年历程制定的重要奋斗纲领文件中我党至上的"人民群众观",对新时期继续保持党为民谋幸福的初心,在党的领导下,为实现中国人民更加幸福安康,建设现代化强国,执行和完成好党制定的新时代行动纲领,具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章在对党各个时期制定的奋斗纲领进行梳理的基础上,从以下几个方面论述党的奋斗纲领中体现的人民群众观:为中国人民谋幸福,勇敢起航,制定《中国共产党纲领》;为中国人民站起来,带领人民大众进行民主革命,制定反帝反封建的民主革命纲领;为中国人民免遭日本侵略者涂炭蹂躏,制定《抗日救国十大纲领》;为建立和建设人民当家作主的新中国,领导制定《共同纲领》;为中国人民享有社会主义优越性成果,制定从新民主主义向社会主义过渡的基本纲领;为满足人民日益增长的物质文化需要,制定社会主义初级阶段纲领;为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,解决不平衡不充分的发展问题,制定新时代行动纲领。党的百年历程中制定的奋斗纲领,充分展现了我们党是为民而生、为民而奋斗的人民的党,彰显了中国共产党的人民群众观。On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of the Communist Party of China,this paper reviews,analyzes and summarizes the"people’s view"of our Party’s supremacy in the important struggle programs formulated by the Communist Party of China during its hundred-year history.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to keep the Party’s initial intention of seeking happiness for people in the new era,to realize happiness and well-being of Chinese people under the leadership of the Party,to build a modern and powerful country,and to implement and accomplish the new era action program of the Party.On the basis of sorting out the struggle programs formulated by the Party in various periods,this paper discusses the people’s view embodied in the Party’s struggle programs from the following aspects:starting bravely to seek happiness for Chinese people by the Principle of the Communist Party of China;standing up for Chinese people and carrying out democratic revolution and formulating a democratic revolutionary program against imperialism and feudalism;protecting Chinese people from misery and suffering in anti-Japanese war with the Ten Principles of Fighting against Japanese Aggressors and Saving the Nation;establishing and building a new China where people are the masters of the country with the Common Pr ogram;ensuring Chinese people to enjoy the fruits of socialist superiority by a basic program for the transition from new democracy to socialism;satisfying people’s growing material and cultural demands with the Program of the Primary Stage of Socialism;and bringing people a happier and healthier life by solving the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development and formulating A New Era Action Plan.The struggle programs formulated in the course of a hundred years’struggle fully shows that our Party is the Party that lives and struggles for people,which is the view of people of CPC.
