“陌生人社会”背景下重大疫情中负性情绪应对:基于公众心态的角度

摘　　要：从"熟人社会"到"陌生人社会"变迁是社会进步和发展的必然趋势。重大疫情突发在对中国和国际社会的政治、经济、文化、卫生等造成重大损失的同时,也对陌生人社会中的公众心理造成了巨大的冲击。文章从公众心态的角度出发,认为陌生人社会中日常体验的空洞、信息过载、对未来不确定性的担忧以及个体和群体间情绪感染等是引发公众疫情期间出现焦虑、恐惧、疑病等诸多负性情绪的重要缘由,且陌生人社会中冷漠、排斥、猜疑、缺乏信任等会进一步加剧疫情期间负性情绪的产生,甚至引发非理性的行为,给疫情防控工作带来严峻的挑战。基于此,文章从宏观、中观、微观层面提出了陌生人社会重大疫情中负性情绪的应对措施。The change from"acquaintance society"to"stranger society"is an inevitable trend of social progress and development.The sudden outbreak of a major epidemic has caused not only significant losses to the politics,economy,culture,and health of China and the international community,but also a huge impact on the public psychology in the stranger society.From the perspective of public mentality,this article believes that the emptiness of daily experience in strangers’society,information overload,worries about future uncertainties,and emotional infections among individuals and groups,etc.,have caused public’s negative emotions such as anxiety,fear,and hypothesis.The indifference,rejection,suspicion,and lack of trust in the stranger society will further aggravate the generation of negative emotions during the epidemic,even trigger irrational behaviors,and bring severe challenges to epidemic prevention and control.Based on this,this article proposes countermeasures from the macro,meso,and micro levels for negative emotions of strangers in the major social epidemic.
