摘  要:利用热处理炉进行不同温度区间Q590低碳贝氏体钢回火试验。结果表明:试验钢在300~350℃回火温度区间产生回火脆性,造成冲击性能偏差;随着回火温度的升高,冲击性能又明显得到改善。分析认为:M-A岛分解在250~550℃回火温度区间发生,即从250℃左右开始,在300~350℃之间数量多、尺寸大,且沿晶界分布,是导致冲击韧性差的主要原因;M-A岛分解在500~550℃之间基本完成,冲击韧性逐渐升高。在实际回火处理过程中应避开300~350℃温度区间,防止冲击韧性恶化导致的性能降低。The tempering test of Q590 low carbon bainitic steel in different temperature ranges is carried out at heat treatment furnace.The results show that the tempering brittlement occurs in the tempering temperature range between 300℃and 350℃,leading to impact properties deviation.The impact properties are obviously improved with the increase of tempering temperature.The analysis shows that the decomposition of the M/A islands takes place in the tempering temperature range between 250℃and 550℃,and starts at approx.250℃.The number and size of M/A islands decomposed between 300℃and 350℃are both larger with distribution along grain boundary,which are the major causes of poor impact toughness.M/A island decomposition generally completes between 500℃and 550℃,at which time the impact toughness gradually increases again.Thus the temperature range from 300℃to 350℃shall be avoided in actual tempering operation so as to prevent the decrease of impact properties due to impact toughness deterioration.
