化疗后恶心呕吐常用腧穴有效率及使用方法频率分析

摘　　要：目的:收集近年来针灸治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的文献,对常用腧穴有效率及使用方法进行探讨。方法:利用中国知网、万方、维普等多种数据库检索化疗后恶心呕吐临床文献,对腧穴的有效率及使用方法进行统计分析。结果:共纳入27篇文献,共同的腧穴有曲池穴、涌泉穴、内关穴等。其有效率在84.62%~95.50%之间,有效率最高的为曲池穴,最低的为天突穴;内关穴、中脘穴、足三里穴、神阙穴、涌泉穴的使用方法中穴位贴敷频率最高,涌泉穴穴位贴敷的频率为100%;使用方法中针刺频率最低,其中涌泉穴、神阙穴频率为0。结论:针灸在治疗CINV方面疗效明确,不同腧穴在治疗CINV中有效率不同,不同使用方法也会影响疗效。Objective To explore the efficiency and usage of commonly used acupoints by collecting the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in recent years.Methods The clinical literatures of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy were searched by China knowledge Network,Wanfang,VIP and other databases,and the effective rate and usage of acupoints were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 27 articles were included,and the common acupoints were Quchi,Yongquan,Neiguan and so on,the effective rate of these acupoints is between 84.62%and 95.50%,the highest effective rate is Quchi acupoint,and the lowest effective rate is Tiantu acupoint.Among the use methods of Neiguan,Zhongwan,Zusanli,Shenque and Yongquan,the acupoint application frequency is the highest,and the acupoint application frequency of Yongquan is 100%.The frequency of acupuncture is the lowest,among which the frequency of Yongquan and Shenque is 0.Conclusion Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of CINV.Different acupoints have different efficacy in the treatment of CINV,and different acupuncture methods will also affect the curative effect.
