摘  要:为研究白细胞介素2和白细胞介素18对鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎二联活疫苗免疫作用的影响,将84只14日龄无特定病原(SPF)鸡随机分为7组,每组12只;分别设为NDV-IBV二联活疫苗组(对照组)、CHIL-2蛋白+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组、pVAX1-CHIL-2+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组、CHIL-18蛋白+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组、pVAX1-ChIL-18+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组、CHIL-2蛋白+CHIL-18蛋白+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组、p VAX1-CHIL2+pVAX1-ChIL-18+NDV-IBV二联活疫苗免疫增强组。7组鸡均于14日龄进行免疫注射,并于免疫后第0、7、14、21、28、35和42天时对各组鸡进行采血并测定血清中NDV和IBV抗体水平。免疫第48天后每组鸡随机挑取12只进行动物攻毒保护试验。结果表明,CHIL-2和CHIL-18不仅能够显著增强NDV-IBV二联活疫苗所诱导的免疫反应,而且还可以明显提高疫苗的保护率。For the study of the effects of lecierocyte interleulin 2 and lecierocyte interleulin 18 on the immune effects of Newcastale Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Live Vaccine,84 SPF chickens were randomly divided into 7 groups with 12 chickens in each group.The NDV-IBV vaccine group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+CHIL-2 group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+pVAX1-CHIL-2 group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+CHIL-18 group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+pVAX1-CHIL-18 group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+CHIL-18+CHIL-2 group,the NDV-IBV vaccine+pVAX1-CHIL2+pVAX1-ChIL-18 group.all groups were immunized at 14 days of age,and blood samples were collected at 0,7,14,21,28,35 and 42 days,and the serum antibody levels of NDV and IBV were determined On the 48th day after immunization,12 chickens in each group were randomly selected for animal protection test.The results indicated that ChIL-2 and ChIL-18 could not only significantly enhance the immune response induced by NDV-IBV vaccine,but also significantly improve the protection rate of the vaccine.
