摘 要:针对近年超大型矿砂船的集中设计与建造,综合考虑规范要求、船东要求、港口限制等设计条件为设计输入,论述这类船的装货程序的设计要点和思路,采用选取关键因数辅以权重系数的方法,设计得到最合理的船舶进港装货方案。最后以400000 DWT超大型矿砂船为例,应用该方法对装货过程进行模拟分析和计算,验证装卸货方案的可行性。In view of the design and construction of quite a few VLOC projects in recent years,based on the rules and regulations,the owner’s requirements and the limitations of the iron ore ports,the method and the key points of the loading sequences were discussed.By selecting the key factors,supplemented by the weight coefficient method,the most reasonable ship loading scheme was designed.Taking the 400000 DWT VLOC as an example,the above method was applied to simulate the loading process and verify the feasibility of the loading sequences.
