摘 要:利用管道水力输送物料时,将固体物料加装入物料舱后再进行管道输送,可节约水资源、减少水污染和保护管道。通过建立物理模型,研究了物料舱在管道螺旋流作用下的悬浮输送特征,观测分析不同密度、是否有导叶的物料舱在不同工况下的输送情况。结果表明:平直管流经过局部起旋管导流条的引导变为螺旋流后,带导叶的物料舱能悬浮在管道轴线附近,而没有导叶的物料舱会与管壁发生碰撞并在管道底部推移;加入沿程切向射流后,测量段内输送物料舱节能31.87%~60.92%,输送速度增幅达37.34%~225.53%,完全沉落距离增幅达30.30%~167.44%,更加节能、高效,悬浮效果更优;对比分析不同物料舱密度与悬浮输送效果的对应关系,结果表明,物料舱密度为1.57 g/cm^(3)左右时输送效果较佳。试验研究对圆管螺旋流输送固体应用于实际工程具有一定的意义。When pipelines are used to transport materials hydraulically,the solid materials are loaded into the material compartment and then piped,which can save water resources,reduce water pollution and protect pipelines.In this paper,by establishing a physical model,the characteristics of the suspension transportation of the material tank under the action of the spiral flow of the pipeline are studied,and the transportation conditions of the material tank with different densities and whether there are guide vanes are observed and analyzed.The results are as follows.After the straight pipe flow changes into spiral flow through the guide strip of the local spiral pipe,the material tanks with guide vanes can be suspended near the pipeline axis,while the material tanks without guide vanes will collide with the pipe wall and move along the bottom of the pipeline.After the addition of tangential jet along the way,the transportation of the material tanks in the measuring section saves energy by 31.87%to 60.92%,the conveying speed increases by 37.34%to 225.53%,and the complete settling distance increases by 30.30%to 167.44%,which is more energy-saving,efficient and has better suspension effect.Comparing and analyzing the corresponding relationship between the density of different material compartments and the suspension conveying effect,it is found that the conveying effect is better when the material compartment density is about 1.57 g/cm 3.The experimental research has certain significance for the application of solids conveyed by spiral flow in circular pipes to practical engineering.
