摘　　要：目的分析不同植皮方式修复大面积烧伤创面的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2020年3月进入我院接受治疗的147例大面积烧伤患者的临床资料,结合不同植皮方式,划分为邮票植皮组、微粒植皮组、Meek植皮组,每组49例;3组入院后均接受基础治疗,再根据不同的植皮方式进行后续治疗,进一步对比3组患者的临床治疗情况。结果在3组临床治疗情况方面,邮票植皮组康复效果差、1%TBSA治疗费用低、一期愈合率高、愈合时间短、成活率高;微粒植皮组康复效果差、1%治疗费用高、一期愈合率低、愈合时间短、成活率低;Meek植皮组康复效果好、成活率高、病死率低、愈合时间长。结合研究结果可知,3组康复率、病死率、一期愈合率、1%TBSA治疗费用、愈合时间及成活率相比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤患者创面修复应用的植皮方式不同,所取得临床效果也有所不同,各具优势及劣势。临床治疗期间应结合患者自身情况,选择适宜的植皮方式,以此保证治疗效果的提升。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different skin grafting methods in repairing large area burn wounds.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,the clinical data of 147 patients with large area burn who entered our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Combined with different skin grafting methods,they were divided into stamp skin grafting group,particle skin grafting group,meek skin grafting group,49 cases in each group.After admission,the three groups all received basic treatment,followed by follow-up treatment according to different skin grafting methods,and further compared the clinical treatment status of the three groups of patients.Results In three groups,the recovery effect of stamp skin grafting group was poor,1%TBSA treatment cost was low,the first stage healing rate was high,the healing time was short,the survival rate was high,the 1%treatment cost was high,the first stage healing rate was low,the healing time was short and the survival rate was low.Meek skin grafting group had good rehabilitation effect,high survival rate,low mortality rate and long healing time.The results showed that there were significant differences in recovery rate,mortality rate,primary healing rate,1%TBSA treatment cost,healing time and survival rate between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Different skin grafting methods are used in large area burn patients,and the clinical effects are different,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.During the clinical treatment,appropriate skin grafting should be selected according to the patient's own situation,so as to ensure the improvement of treatment effect.
