无痛肠镜检查应用于老年消化道疾病患者中的安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛肠镜检查应用于老年消化道疾病患者中的安全性。方法选取大连市中心医院2017年12月至2018年3月就诊的80例老年消化道疾病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用普通肠镜检查,试验组采用无痛肠镜检查。比较两组患者在肠镜检查过程中的心率、血压及血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化情况,统计两组不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的SpO2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的腹胀、腹痛、心动过缓的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的检查优良率高于对照组,术后恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用无痛肠镜检查老年消化道疾病患者具有足够的安全性,有助于患者的不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the safety of painless enteroscopy in elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who were treated in Dalian Central Hospital from December 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty patients in control group were examined by ordinary enteroscopy and 40 patients in experimental group were examined by painless enteroscopy.The changes of heart rate,blood pressure and SpO2(blood oxygen saturation concentration)during enteroscopic surgery were compared between the two groups,and the operation time and adverse reactions of elderly patients during clinical operation were counted.Results During the clinical operation,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of elderly patients in painless enteroscopy group were significantly lower than those in ordinary enteroscopy group(P<0.05),and the oxygen saturation of elderly patients in painless enteroscopy group was higher than that in ordinary enteroscopy group(P<0.05).The success rate,nausea and vomiting,headache and bradycardia of the elderly patients were slightly higher than those of the ordinary enteroscopy group(P<0.05),and the incidence of abdominal distention and pain of the elderly patients in the painless enteroscopy group was lower than that of the ordinary enteroscopy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless enteroscopy is safe enough for elderly patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal distension,abdominal pain,etc.)decreases.
