全身麻醉下手术治疗伴鼾症患者术后麻醉复苏期间观察及护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全身麻醉下手术治疗伴鼾症患者术后麻醉复苏的观察和护理。方法本次研究入组74例行全身麻醉手术治疗伴鼾症患者,均于2018年10月至2019年10月收治。以随机、单盲法均分,各37例。对照组在术后麻醉复苏期实施基础护理支持,观察组实施综合护理支持。对比分析两种护理方法的应用效果。结果观察组患者术后麻醉复苏时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率(5.41%)低于对照组(21.62%)(P<0.05)。结论对全身麻醉手术伴鼾症患者术后麻醉复苏期实施观察和综合护理,可缩短麻醉复苏时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of postoperative anesthesia resuscitation for patients with snoring under general anesthesia.Methods Seventy-four patients with snoring disease were enrolled in this study,and all were admitted from October 2018 to October 2019.The patients were divided equally by random and single blind method,37 cases each.The control group received basic nursing support during postoperative anesthesia recovery,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing support.The application effect of the two nursing methods was compared and analyzed.Results Postoperative anesthesia recovery time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.41%)was lower than that in the control group(21.62%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Observation and comprehensive nursing can shorten the time of anaesthesia recovery and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with snoring after general anesthesia.
