综合护理干预对妇科手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的观察综合护理干预对妇科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选择沈阳市妇婴医院2018年6月至2019年1月收治的117例妇科患者。将其中60例采取综合护理干预措施的患者作为观察组,将其中57例采取常规护理措施的患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组静脉血栓发生率、住院时间、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。通过及时发现与积极治疗,所有患者的症状均获得改善或治愈,无肺、脑栓塞等严重并发症出现。结论综合护理干预能够有效降低妇科手术患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生概率,同时患者具有较高的护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 117 gynecological patients admitted to Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected.Among them,60 patients who took comprehensive nursing intervention measures were taken as the observation group,and 57 patients who took conventional nursing measures were taken as the control group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Through timely detection and active treatment,the symptoms of all patients were improved or cured,and no severe complications such as lung and cerebral embolism occurred.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological surgery,and at the same time,patients have a high degree of nursing satisfaction.
