婴幼儿腹泻的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨对婴幼儿腹泻患儿实施综合护理干预的效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的小儿腹泻患儿120例为研究对象,将患儿根据护理方法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。两组患儿接受相同治疗方案,治疗期间,对照组患儿采取传统护理方案,观察组患儿采取综合护理干预方案,对比两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿的腹泻停止时间、大便性状改变时间、住院时间与对照组患儿比较均显著缩短,P<0.05;观察组患儿治疗期间无红臀、尿道感染等并发症;观察组的总满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对婴幼儿腹泻患儿采取综合护理干预可以缩短症状改变的时间,加速腹泻停止,促进患儿的康复,提高护理满意度。Objective The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on infants with diarrhea was analyzed and discussed.Methods A total of 120 children with infantile diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research object.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups of children received the same treatment scheme.During the treatment,the control group adopted traditional nursing scheme while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention scheme.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the diarrhea stop time,stool character change time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter,P<0.05;there were no complications such as red buttock and urethral infection in the observation group;the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for infants with diarrhea can shorten the time of symptom change,accelerate the cessation of diarrhea,promote the recovery of children and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
