围手术期针对性护理在膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期针对性护理对膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院骨二科收治的80例进行膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建手术的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组进行常规护理,试验组进行围手术期针对性护理。对比两组患者的治疗效果(即Ⅰ期愈合率,术后4周关节屈曲度120~130°愈合率及术后6~8周膝关节屈伸功能恢复正常愈合率)以及术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组Ⅰ期愈合率、术后4周关节屈曲度120~130°愈合率,术后6~8周膝关节屈伸功能恢复正常愈合率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期针对性护理在膝关节镜下交叉韧带重建手术患者中的应用效果十分显著,有助于改善患者的膝关节功能。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative targeted nursing on arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients underwent arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction in the Second Department of Bone of Dalian Friendship Hospital of Liaoning Province were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The experimental group 40 received perioperative targeted nursing.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared(namely the first-stage healing rate,the healing rate of joint flexion at 120°-130°4 weeks postoperatively,and the normal healing rate of knee joint flexion and extension function returning to normal healing rate at 6-8 weeks after surgery)and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results The firststage healing rate of the experimental group,the healing rate of joint flexion of 120°to 130°at 4 weeks postoperatively,and the normal healing rate of knee joint flexion and extension at 6 to 8 weeks postoperatively were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative targeted nursing in patients undergoing arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction is very significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
