摘 要:目的探讨个性化健康教育应用于肺炎患儿护理中的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的60例肺炎患儿,按照入院先后时间分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上实施个性化健康教育,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的症状消退时间短于对照组,掌握健康知识评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肺炎患儿应用个性化健康教育有助于提高疗效与护理满意度,缩短康复时间。Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized health education in the nursing of children pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 cases of children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group who were admitted first received routine nursing care,while the observation group who were admitted later received personalized health education on the basis of routine nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).The symptoms of the observation group subsided for a shorter time than that of the control group,and the scores of mastering health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education can improve curative effect and nursing satisfaction when nursing children with pneumonia,shorten the recovery time.
