摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的提出,特别是坚持新发展理念、坚持人与自然和谐共生、坚持在发展中保障和改善民生,为循环水的应用实施提供了重要的理论基础。工厂化循环水养殖模式是解决环境污染、提高水产品质量的有效途径,以"循环水养鱼技术"为核心的封闭循环水水产养殖提高了渔业发展水平,成为实现渔业增长方式转变的有效途径,符合节能、环保,节地、节约用水的经济发展方向。The proposal of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era provides an important theoretical basis for the application and implementation of recycled water,especially for adhering to the new concept of development,maintaining harmony between man and nature,and ensuring and improving people's livelihood in the course of development.The model of industrial circulating aquaculture is an effective way to solve environmental pollution and improve the quality of aquatic products.It has raised the level of fishery development and the effective way to realize the transformation of fishery growth mode,which conforms to the economic development direction of energy conservation,environmental protection,land saving and water saving.
