摘　　要：我国深化机构改革的推进,伴随着国务院文件的出台,公安消防部队退出现役机制,移交国家应急管理局,正式开启了消防职业化的道路。改制前我国实行的是消防官兵制度,隶属为中国人民解放军序列,全面执行中国人民解放的条令制度,每年都会通过征兵招录新人,同时也会有老兵的退役。这样的优点是可以始终保持人员结构的年轻化,但是同时存在很多突出的问题,新兵的培训周期短、流动大、专业知识欠缺等。此次改革国家从机构体制改革层面彻底地改变了消防的机制体制的问题,这是我国消防改革走向职业化道路的最重要一步,但是同时也会面临改革后消防员长期从事固定职业,体能水平保持的长久性、技能的操作性是否会下降等问题。该文通过如何保持消防员体能并促进提升应急救援能力,从体能场馆建设、体能训练内容科学化构建、体能训练与现实相结合、借助外部师资等方面为消防员科学化的体能训练方法提出建议。With the promotion of China's deepening institutional reform and the release of the State Council documents,the public security fire forces out of active service mechanism.It transferred to the National Emergency Management and officially opened the road of fire professionalism.Before the reform,China implemented the system of fire fighting officers and men,belonging to the Chinese People's Liberation Army which fully implement the rules and regulations of the Chinese people's liberation Army.Every year,new recruits are recruited through conscription and veterans are also retired.Such advantages can always keep the personnel structure at a younger age,but at the same time there are many outstanding problems such as short training cycle of new recruits,large turnover,lack of professional knowledge and so on.The country reforms thoroughly from the aspect of institution,which changes the problem of the mechanism of fire system.This is the most important step towards professional road of the fire reform in our country.But it will also face firefighters long-term fixed work,long-term physical fitness,whether operational skills will decline after the reform.In this paper,suggestions on how to maintain firefighters'physical fitness and improve their emergency rescue ability are put forward from the aspects of physical fitness venue construction,scientific construction of physical fitness training content,combination of physical fitness training with reality and external teachers.
