等离子射频技术辅助经口微创手术在口咽及口腔恶性肿瘤中的应用

摘  要:目的探究等离子射频技术辅助经口微创手术治疗口咽及口腔恶性肿瘤患者治疗效果。方法以2019年1—6月为研究背景时间,选择56例口咽及口腔恶性肿瘤患者,随机分成甲组(开放手术)和乙组(等离子射频技术辅助经口微创手术),各28例。对比两组手术指标(包括手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间)及并发症发生情况。结果乙组手术时间、住院时间短于甲组,术中出血量少于甲组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组并发症总发生率低于甲组(χ^(2)=6.487,P=0.011)。结论对于口咽及口腔恶性肿瘤患者,应用等离子射频技术辅助经口微创手术治疗,可缩短手术时间及住院时间,术中出血量少,并发症发生率低,安全性高,值得推荐。Objective To explore the treatment effect of plasma radio frequency technology to assist in the treatment of patients with oral pharynx and oral malignancies through minimally invasive oral surgery.Methods From January to June 2019,56 patients with oral pharynx and oral malignancies were selected,and they were randomly divided into group A(open surgery)and group B(plasma radio frequency technology assisted by minimally invasive surgery of the mouth),each with 28 cases.The surgical indicators(including surgical time,inserum bleeding,hospital stay)and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgery time,hospital stay of group B were shorter than those of group A,the intraoperative blood loss of group B was less than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A(χ^(2)=6.487,P=0.011).Conclusion For patients with oral pharynx and oral malignancies,the application of plasma radio frequency technology to assist in minimally invasive surgery,shorten the time of surgery and hospitalization,less bleeding during surgery,low incidence of complications,high safety,it is worthy of recommending.
