摘　　要：目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索对哮喘患儿的治疗效果及肺换气功能的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月本院收治的92例哮喘患儿进行研究组,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=46),对照组应用沙丁胺醇治疗,研究组应用沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索治疗,观察分析两组临床疗效及肺换气功能。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组肺泡-动脉氧分压差(alveolar arterial oxygen pressure difference,PAaDO_(2))、肺血分流率(intrapulmonary shunt rate,Qs/Qt)和阻力指数(resistance index,RI)均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),研究组最大吸气压(maximal inspiratory pressure,PIMAX)明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用沙丁胺醇联合氨溴索治疗哮喘患儿效果显著,有效改善其肺换气功能,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of salbutamol combined with ambroxol on asthmatic children and pulmonary ventilation.Methods A total of 92 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected for study group,and were divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was treated with albuterol,while the study group was treated with albuterol combined with ambroxol.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group's alveolar arterial oxygen pressure difference(PAaDO_(2)),intrapulmonary shunt rate(Qs/Qt)and resistance index(RI)were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The maximum inspiratory pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of salbutamol combined with ambroxol in the treatment of asthmatic children has a significant effect,effectively improving the pulmonary ventilation function,and is worthy of extensive promotion.
