摘 要:目的对重症新生儿肺炎开展鼻塞式持续气道正压通气联合盐酸氨溴索治疗的效果分析。方法选择本院2018年1月—2020年2月收治的120例重症新生儿肺炎患儿进行研究,根据住院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。采用鼻塞式持续正压通气为对照组,采用鼻塞式持续正压通气联合盐酸氨溴索为观察组。观察临床疗效、临床各指标用时、治疗前后血气指标变化情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床总疗效率(96.7%)高于对照组(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组临床各指标用时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血气指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低(3.3%vs. 13.3%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对重症新生儿肺炎实施临床治疗,建议在鼻塞式持续正压通气治疗的基础上联合盐酸氨溴索治疗,可有效提高临床疗效,缩短临床指标用时,并改善血气指标情况,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of severe neonatal pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of severe neonatal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the sequence of hospitalization,they were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group was treated with nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation alone,and the observation group was treated with nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical effect,clinical indicators,time and treatment were observed changes of blood gas indexes before and after treatment.Results The clinical effect of the observation group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(83.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the clinical indexes of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood gas indexes of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.3%vs.13.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of severe neonatal pneumonia,it is suggested to combine ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the time of clinical indicators,improve the blood gas indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
