摘　　要：目的研究针对性护理在呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机治疗中的护理效果。方法择取本院2016年4月—2019年5月收治的采用呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭患者60例,经随机数字表法分配为常规组(30例,常规护理)及探索组(30例,针对性护理),两组均接受无创呼吸机治疗,按照不同分组接受不同护理措施,对比两组患者心率、呼吸频次、焦虑情况、抑郁情况。结果护理前,探索组心率、呼吸频次、SAS评分、SDS评分等与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后1个月,探索组心率为(65.21±3.65)次/min,呼吸频次(18.51±2.01)次/min、SAS评分为(33.14±3.61)分、SDS评分为(31.21±4.33)分,常规组心率为(75.54±6.97)次/min,呼吸频次(27.84±1.06)次/min、SAS评分为(43.15±4.85)分、SDS评分为(40.97±3.25)分,探索组呼吸频次、心率、SAS及SDS评分均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗过程中采用针对性护理能够改善患者心率、呼吸频次,减少不良反应发生,护理效果较明显,因此值得推广采纳。Objective To explore the nursing effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method:the routine group(30 cases,routine nursing)and the exploration group(30 cases,targeted nursing).Both groups received noninvasive ventilator treatment,and received different nursing measures according to different groups.The heart rate,respiratory frequency,anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in heart rate,respiratory frequency,SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After one month of nursing,the heart rate,respiratory frequency,SAS score and SDS score of the exploration group were(65.21±3.65)times/min,(18.51±2.01)times/min,(33.14±3.61)points and(31.21±4.33)points respectively.The heart rate,respiratory frequency,SAS score and SDS score of the routine group were(75.54±6.97)times/min,(27.84±1.06)times/min,(43.15±4.85)points and(40.97±3.25)points respectively.The respiratory frequency,heart rate,SAS and SDS scores in the exploration group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of respiratory failure with noninvasive ventilator,targeted nursing measures can improve the heart rate,respiratory frequency,reduce adverse reactions,and the nursing effect is obvious,so it is worthy of promotion and adoption.
