茶农扩大种植规模意愿影响因素分析--基于浙江省三个县市茶农的调研数据

摘　　要：利用浙江省三个县市219份茶叶种植农户调查样本数据,并运用二元Logit模型对茶农扩大种植规模意愿影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:户主年龄、户主受教育程度、茶园面积、茶叶种植年限、机械设备投入费用、技术培训情况、雇工工资对农户种植意愿影响显著;茶叶种植农户户主多为中老年男性,文化程度集中在中小学水平,茶叶种植年限集中分布在10~19年,机械设备投入也较低,接受技术培训次数差距相当大。根据上述实证分析结果,提出鼓励青壮年从事茶叶生产、提高农户茶叶种植生产的机械化水平、建立更加完善的社会服务体系,尤其是通过茶农技术培训等引导农户扩大种植规模的政策建议。This paper uses sample data from 219 tea farmers surveyed in three counties and cities in Zhejiang Province,and an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of tea farmers’willingness to expand planting scale using the binary logit model.The results show that,Householder’s age and education level,tea plantation area,tea planting years,the input cost of machinery and equipment,the technical training,and the wages of employees have a significant impact on farmers’willingness to expand planting scale;At the level of primary and secondary schools,the years of tea planting are concentrated in 10~19 years,the investment in machinery and equipment is also low,and the gap in the number of technical trainings received is quite large.Based on the above empirical analysis results,the article finally puts forward policy suggestions to encourage young and middle-aged people to engage in tea production,improve the mechanization of farmers’tea planting production,and establish a more complete social service system-especially tea farmers’technical training to guide farmers to expand the scale of planting.
