摘　　要：在振兴本科教育背景下和城乡规划一级学科专业成立初期,探索城乡规划本科专业人才培养方案具有重要意义。基于成果导向教育理念,分析了国家、社会、行业和用人单位需求,提出了云南农业大学城乡规划专业定位和人才培养目标。在总体目标控制下,建构核心课程体系和分解课程教学目标,并分析学生生源和本科毕业能力、就业单位。结果表明:经过不断的研究探索和持续教学改进,达成本科毕业能力和水平的培养构想。Under the background of revitalizing undergraduate education and the beginning of the establishment of the first-level discipline’s specialty of urban and rural planning,it is of great significance to explore the training scheme of undergraduate in urban and rural planning.On the Outcomesbased Education,this paper analyzes the needs of the nation,society,profession and employer,puts forward the orientation for the major of urban and rural planning and the goals of undergraduate training in Yunnan Agricultural University,and thus forms the core curriculum system and decomposes curriculum teaching objectives under the overall goals.The results show that through continuous research and improvement,the graduation’s professional ability has achieved its initial goals.
