摘　　要：研究以云南一个少数民族村落Y村为田野点,呈现了村民与地方政府在户籍身份、土地流转、产权话语以及农村基层组织更迭等方面的纠葛。研究认为,土地产权话语是集体所有制下村民对土地使用权的宣言,也是现代性背景下财产观念进一步强化的体现和阐释。同时,面对危机,新中国成立以来逐渐形成的关于农民户籍身份、土地、农村基层组织的捆绑关系成为农民维系生存保障的“复合产权”。This study takes Y village,an ethnic minority village in Yunnan Province as the fieldwork site,presenting the disputes between villagers and local government in the aspects of household registration status,land transfer,property rights discourse and the change of rural grass-roots organizations.The research holds that the discourse of land property rights is the villagers'declaration of land use rights under collective ownership,and it is also the embodiment and interpretation of the further strengthening of the concept of property under the background of modernity.At the same time,in the face of the crisis,the binding relationship between farmers'household registration status,land and rural grass-roots organizations gradually formed since the founding of the People's Republic of China has become the“multiple property right”for farmers to maintain their survival guarantee.
