基于SolidWorks的注塑成型机刮料装置顶出成品输送系统设计

摘　　要：注塑成型机的成品输送系统的主要功能是将高分子材料从挤出机喷嘴口等量刮下后送入模具下腔,并将从模具上腔中脱下的制品传输到输送带上。设计注塑成型机刮料装置顶出成品输送系统时,确定系统的动作流程,应用SolidWorks软件对刮料部件顶出成品输送系统进行了三维建模。此外,根据刮料装置的功能要求设计了刮料装置的结构,根据传动功能要求设计了成品输送盘的传动部分,并介绍了刮料装置的调试方法。The main function of the finished product conveying system of the injection molding machine is to scrape the polymer material from the nozzle of the extruder and send it into the lower cavity of the mold,and then transfer the product taken off from the upper cavity of the mold to the conveyor belt.When designing the scraping device of injection molding machine to eject the finished product conveying system,the action flow of the system is determined.The 3D modeling of the scraping part ejecting the finished product conveying system is carried out by using SolidWorks software.According to the functional requirements of the scraping device,the structure of the scraping device is designed.According to the requirements of the transmission function,the transmission part of the finished product conveying plate is designed,and the debugging of the scraping device is introduced method.
