摘  要:井下工具使用过程中,多与油管连接。连接使用螺纹多为API油管螺纹,API油管螺纹加工质量直接影响井下工具产品使用性能。API油管螺纹加工方法的探究成为井下工具产品加工的重中之重。同时,API油管螺纹在加工过程中易出现扎刀、乱扣、表面粗糙度超差等情况,通过分析产生原因进而找出相应解决方法。In the production and manufacturing process of downhole tools,most of them are connected with tubing,and most of the threads are API tubing threads.The processing quality of API tubing threads directly affects the performance of downhole tools,and the exploration of API tubing threading methods has become the top priority in downhole tool processing.In addition,in the process of processing API tubing thread,it is easy to have knife binding,disorderly thread and surface roughness not up to standard.The corresponding solutions can be found by analyzing the causes.
