供区对自体脂肪填充鼻泪沟矫正效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同脂肪供区对自体脂肪填充鼻泪沟矫正术效果的影响。方法:选取近三年80例行自体脂肪填充鼻泪沟矫正术患者为研究对象,根据脂肪来源部位不同分为三组,其中上腹部脂肪来源组34例,大腿板状层脂肪来源组29例,下腹部脂肪来源组17例。对比不同供区对矫正效果的影响。结果:上腹部脂肪来源组的优秀率(44.12%)明显低于大腿板状层脂肪来源组(72.41%)及下腹部来源组(70.59%),而上腹部脂肪来源组良好率(41.18%)明显高于大腿板状层脂肪来源组(13.79%)及下腹部来源组(11.76%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组不同供区患者的美容优良率及并发症发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同供区对自体脂肪填充鼻泪沟矫正效果影响不大,其中上腹部脂肪优秀率明显低于大腿板状层脂肪及下腹部脂肪,而上腹部脂肪良好率高于大腿板状层脂肪及下腹部脂肪,三组整体优良率无差异。Objective To discuss the effect of different fat extraction sites on the correction of nasolacrimal sulcus with autogenous filling.Methods 80 cases of nasolacrimal groove correction with body filling in recent three years were selected as the observation object.According to the location of fat source,the patients were divided into three groups,including 34 patients in the upper abdominal fat source group,29 cases in the thigh lamellar fat source group and 17 cases in the lower abdominal fat source group.The effect of different donor sites on correction was compared.Results The excellent rate of the upper abdominal fat source group(44.12%)was significantly lower than that of the thigh lamellar fat source group(72.41%)and the lower abdominal fat source group(70.59%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of the upper abdominal fat source group(41.18%)was significantly higher than that of the thigh lamellar fat source group(13.79%)and the lower abdominal fat source group(11.76%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups in the rates of beauty and complications(P>0.05).Conclusion The fat from different fat extraction sites had little effect on the correction of nasolacrimal groove with autogenous filling,and the excellent rate of fat in upper abdomen was significantly lower than that in thigh lamellar layer and lower abdomen.The fat ratio of upper abdomen was significantly higher than that of thigh lamella and lower abdomen.There was no difference in the overall excellent and good rate among the three groups.
