微创切口去脂联合连续埋线法重睑成形术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种操作简便,术后效果明显,恢复时间快的重睑手术方法。方法:根据术前设计,在重睑线外侧做2mm小切口,4×12号小圆针沿切口进针挑出眶隔脂肪,适量切除后彻底止血放回眶隔,然后沿切口进针行连续埋线法形成重睑,线结埋于切口下,切口无需缝合。结果:本组共78例就医者,术后随访1~12个月,就医者重睑外观自然,线条流畅,均得到满意效果,术后恢复时间(3.0±20.0)d。结论:采用微创切口去脂联合连续埋线法重睑术,术后恢复时间短,重睑形态自然,效果持久,符合广大就医者的恢复预期,同时手术创口小,手术时间短,是一种值得临床推广的手术方法。Objective To explore a simple and effective blepharoplasty method.Methods From pre-operation plan and design,a 2mm incision was made on the lateral side of the double eyelid line.The orbital fat was removed using a 4×12 small needle along the incision.This was completely stanched and put back to the orbital septum.the needle was then inserted along the incision to form the double face using continuous thread embedding method,and The knot was placed under the incision without swelling suturing.Results There were 78 patients in this group.The patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months.The appearance of double eyelids was natural and the lines were smooth.The recovery time was(3.0±20.0)d.Conclusion The use of ultrawound incision fat removal combined with the continuous buried suture method can shorten post-operative recovery time,leaving the natural shape and long-lasting result.The results are in line with the majority of beauty recovery expectations.Also,the wound is small.This method can be promoted as suitable for this operation.
