孕产妇妊娠纹知晓情况及治疗意愿现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解孕产妇对妊娠纹相关知识的认知现状及治疗意愿。方法:将符合入选标准的1500例孕产妇按不同年龄段分为三组,采用问卷星进行问卷调查其对妊娠纹相关知识的知晓情况,同时调查其中有妊娠纹的孕产妇治疗妊娠纹的意愿。结果:妊娠纹症状知晓率最高,达74.73%;而妊娠纹治疗时效知晓率最低,仅为38.73%。不同年龄段孕产妇治疗妊娠纹的意愿组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但各组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:孕产妇对妊娠纹相关知识的认知程度普遍不高,多数孕产妇不确定是否要治疗治疗妊娠纹,建议医疗美容机构推出微信公众号,普及妊娠纹知识宣教,从而改善产后女性生活质量。Objective To investigate the current status of the pregnant and parturient women’s awareness of striae gravidarum and treatment willingness.Methods 1500 pregnant and parturient women who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups according to different ages.The questionnaire survey to understand their awareness of striae gravidarum was carried out by“Wenjuanxing”.At the same time,survey the treatment willingness of women with striae gravidarum out of the overall interviewees.Results The awareness rate of striae gravidarum symptoms was the highest(74.73%),while the awareness rate of striae gravidarum treatment time was the lowest(38.73%).There was no significant difference in the willingness of different age groups to treat striae gravidarum(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in each group(P<0.01).Conclusion The pregnant and parturient women generally have a low awareness of striae gravidarum.Most pregnant women are uncertain whether to treat the stretch marks.It is recommended that the medical beauty agency launch the official account of WeChat,popularize the knowledge of pregnancy marks,so as to improve the quality of life of postpartum women.
