摘　　要：雄激素性脱发(Androgenic alopecia,AGA)是临床上最常见的一种脱发类疾病,目前治疗方式多样,但均存在不足之处。浓缩生长因子(Concentrate growth factor,CGF)是最新一代血小板浓缩物,富含多种高浓度生长因子、CD34阳性细胞群及纤维蛋白等生物活性成分,具有维持细胞存活、增殖和分化,促进头皮局部血液供应,改善毛囊周围微环境,诱导毛发再生及调控毛囊周期由休止期进入生长期,同时延长生长期的作用。具体治疗雄激素性脱发的机制尚未完全阐明,相对其他治疗方法,CGF脱发区域皮下注射治疗雄激素性脱发临床操作简单,已有少数临床研究报道显示疗效显著,可作为雄激素性脱发的潜在治疗方法,目前需要更多的临床研究及基础试验证据支持其临床应用。Androgenic alopecia(AGA)is the most common form of hair loss.There are various treatments but all of them are limited.Concentrate growth factor(CGF)is the latest generation of Platelet concentrates,has been successful applied in many clinical areas.It contains a variety of growth factors,CD34 positive cell population,fibrin and other bioactive ingredients.It can encourage hair growth by maintaining cell survival,proliferation and differentiation,promoting blood supply in the scalp aeras,improving the microenvironment around hair follicles,inducing hair regeneration,stimulating the transition from telogen to anagen as well as extending the length of anagen phase through prevention of apoptosis.The specific mechanism for the therapy has not been fully elucidated.Compared with other methods,CGF therapy is clinically simple and has been reported in several clinical studies to have a significant effect,which can be used as a potential therapy for androgenic alopecia.Currently,more clinical studies and basic experimental evidence are needed to support its clinical application.
