摘　　要：在各级科技管理单位中,项目经费申报和评审工作是其中极为重要的一环。随着科技项目数量逐年增加,项目评审越来越受到重视。根据项目评审要求,对科技项目评审系统信息化建设进行了积极探索与研究,通过信息的数字化处理,将繁琐的线下操作模式提升为简便的网络平台工作模式。文章介绍了大规模定制化的可配置申报评审系统的设计,对系统的申报书配置、流程配置等关键环节进行了详尽的分析和描述,并阐述了该系统的创新点和可行性。系统在多地投入使用后,受到科技管理部门和项目申报团队的一致好评。In all levels of science and technology management authorities,the project funds declaration and review work is a very important part.With the increasing number of science and technology projects year by year,more and more attention has been paid to the project review.According to the requirements of project review,the construction of informationized science and technology project review system is actively explored and researched.With the digital processing of information,the cumbersome offline operation mode is upgraded to a simple network platform working mode.This paper introduces the design of the large-scale customized configurable declaration and review system,analyzes and describes the key links of the declaration configuration and business process configuration,and expounds the innovation points and feasibility of the system.After the system was put into use in many places,it is highly praised by the science and technology management authorities and the project application teams.
