摘  要:尿酸检测对人体健康状况实时监测具有重要意义。研究开发了一种基于便携式扫描仪结合智能手机的尿酸定量检测方法,并设计及制作了适用于该检测方法的滤纸芯片,可以实现对人体血清中尿酸的定量检测,具有便携、快速、检测结果准确的优点。此方法检测限为0.8 mg/dL,并且对实际样品的检测结果与紫外分光光度计测量的结果一致。检测过程无需复杂的操作流程及昂贵仪器的辅助,可应用于医疗设备匮乏的乡镇地区、普通用户家中以及现场快速定量检测,具有广泛的市场应用前景。Detection of uric acid is crucial for real-time monitoring of human health.In this work,a method of portable scanner-based quantitative detection of uric acid with a smartphone was developed,meanwhile,a filter paper chip was designed and fabricated for the detection process,which provides an on-site,fast,and accurate measurement of the uric acid in human blood serum.The limit of detection was 0.8 mg/dL,and the detection results of human serum samples showed good agreement between the spectrophotometric method and the proposed one.This method does not require complex operations or expensive instruments,which is suitable for resource-limited areas,users’home,as well as on-site detection,with wide applications and broad market prospects.
