上海市松江区居民对《上海市民健康公约》的态度与行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查上海市松江区居民对《上海市民健康公约》(简称“公约”)的态度和执行情况,为今后针对性地开展“公约”宣教活动提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取1450名18周岁及以上的松江区居民进行问卷调查。结果“公约”的居民知晓率为81.52%,其中“八不行为”“十个提倡”的完全认可率分别为87.59%和78.76%,“十个提倡”的完全实施率为58.21%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:是否完全认可“八不行为”受到居民文化程度的影响;是否完全认可“十个提倡”受居民文化程度和是否知晓“公约”的影响;“十个提倡”完全实施仅与是否知晓“公约”有关。结论上海市松江区居民对“八不十提倡”的认可度较高,实施方面有所欠缺。建议在后续的宣传工作中,应丰富宣传模式、关注重点人群,侧重于引导市民践行公约内容。Objective To investigate the attitude and implementation of Shanghai Convention on Public Health(Convention)among residents in Songjiang District of Shanghai,so as to provide reference for carrying out the publicity and education activities of Convention in the future.Methods A total of 1450 residents aged 18 and over in Songjiang District were selected for questionnaire survey by stratified random sampling method.Results The residents’awareness rate of the Convention was 81.52%,of which 87.59%and 78.76%of the residents fully recognized the Eight Misdeeds and Ten Advocations,and 58.21%of the residents fully implemented the Ten Advocations.The results of logistic showed that:whether or not to fully recognize the Eight Misdeeds was affected by the residents’education level;whether or not to fully recognize the Ten Advocations was affected by the residents’education level and whether they knew the Convention;whether or not to fully implement the Ten Advocations was only related to whether they knew the Convention.Conclusion The residents in Songjiang District of Shanghai have a high degree of recognition of Eight Misdeeds and Ten Advocations,but lack of implementation.It is suggested that in the follow-up publicity work,the publicity mode should been enriched with focusing on the key groups and guiding the citizens to practice the Convention.
