江门地区2016—2019年艾滋病自愿咨询检测相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析江门地区艾滋病自愿咨询检测者的一般特征和HIV感染情况,为本地制定艾滋病防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集2016—2019年江门地区进行艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的一般人口学信息、相关影响因素和HIV感染情况,单因素分析采样卡方检验,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果在11094例求询者中有11026例进行了HIV检测,阳性率为3.03%。多因素分析显示,性别(OR=0.44)和是否首次求询(OR=0.75)是自愿咨询检测HIV阳性的保护因素,高中及中专文化程度(OR=2.39)、婚姻状态(OR=1.35)是自愿咨询检测HIV阳性的危险因素。结论男性、多次求询者、高中及中专学历和非已婚群体的艾滋病感染风险较高,应加强自愿咨询检测工作力度,控制艾滋病在特定人群中的流行。Objective To analyze the general characteristics and the status of infection of HIV clients to voluntary counseling and testing(VCT),in order to provide scientific development of HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods The general demographic characteristics,related factors,and the status of infection of HIV of VCT from 2016 to 2019 in Jiangmen were annlyzed,by using chi-square test for single factors analysis and logistic for multiple factors analysis.Results 11026 VCT clients were tested HIV among 11094 clients,and positive rate was 3.03%.Multivariate logistic analysis showed sex(OR=0.44),whether or not it was the first time for VCT or not(OR=0.75)were the protection factors of positive of HIV in VCT,and education of senior(OR=2.39),marital status(OR=1.35)were the risks factors.Conclusion Male,multiple VCT clients,education level of senior,and unmarried are at higher risks of HIV infection;VCT services should be promoted in order to control HIV/AIDS spreading in special human.
