摘 要:目的评价中小学生呼吸道传染病防治知识健康教育效果,为在学校开展健康教育、预防呼吸道传染病提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,在徐汇区选择469名中小学生,对他们开展健康教育,并在健康教育前后分别使用自行编制的问卷进行调查,比较学生呼吸道传染病防治知识和健康行为的差异。结果呼吸道传染病防治知识的知晓率从健康教育前的75.44%提高至健康教育后的98.66%(P<0.01);各项防治知识的知晓率均有提高,提高幅度在2.77%~37.96%之间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康教育前后健康相关态度和行为改变不明显。结论健康教育可以有效提高学生对呼吸道传染病的认知,应开展综合、持续、覆盖面广的健康教育活动,以促进健康行为的形成。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education about respiratory infectious diseases among primary and middle school students and to provide the evidence for health education in schools to prevent respiratory infectious diseases.Methods The health education was given to 469 primary and middle school students from Xuhui District who were collected using the method of random cluster sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was used both before and after health education to compare the differences of knowledge and health behavior about respiratory infectious diseases.Results After health education,the overall awareness rate of respiratory infectious diseases was increased from 75.44%to 98.66%(P<0.01).The awareness rates of prevention and control knowledge increased by 2.77%-37.96%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in health-related attitudes and behaviors.Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the students’understanding of the respiratory infectious diseases.Comprehensive,continuous,and wide-ranging health education activities should be carried out to promote healthy behaviors.
