摘　　要：目的调查虹口区、杨浦区部分社区卫生服务中心全科医生的心房颤动相关知识现状,以了解上海市全科医生对心房颤动相关知识的掌握情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,以手机问卷星方式进行调查。结果共计参加人数250人,回收有效问卷答案250人。结果显示,心房颤动临床相关知识的正确率为66.36%,对心房颤动临床相关实践知识的正确率为52.96%,其中涉及到临床药物使用的题目回答准确率明显下降,为36.8%~53.2%。不同专业、学历、职称以及近1年来是否接受过相关内容培训的全科医生对一些具体问题的回答正确率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论全科医生对心房颤动疾病的管理临床知识有待提高。应通过改进目前培训方式以达到提高其临床能力的目的。Objective To investigate the knowledge of atrial fibrillation among general practitioners in some community health care centers in Hongkou District and Yangpu District,so as to understand the knowledge of atrial fibrillation among general practitioners in Shanghai.Methods By self designed questionnaire,the investigation was conducted by mobile phone.Results A total of 250 people participated in the survey,and 250 valid answers were collected,with the recovery rate of 100%.The correct rate of clinical knowledge of atrial fibrillation was 66.36%,and the correct rate of clinical practice knowledge of atrial fibrillation was 52.96%.The correct rate of answering questions related to clinical drug use decreased significantly(36.8%-53.2%).There were significant differences in the correct rate of answers to some specific questions among general practitioners with different majors,educational background,professional title and who had received or have not received relevant training in the past year(P<0.05).Conclusion General practitioners’clinical knowledge of atrial fibrillation needs to be improved.The current training methods should been improved to increase their clinical ability.
