摘　　要：目的分析濮阳市大理石加工厂作业场所粉尘中游离二氧化硅(SiO2)含量检测及职业病防护调查干预。方法选取濮阳市2020年7—9月15家大理石加工厂作业场所中105名工人作为研究对象,检测作业场所中的粉尘浓度以及粉尘中游离SiO2含量(粉尘浓度),统计游离SiO2含量检测结果,同时调查职业病防护状况。结果15家大理石加工厂中空气C-STEL为0.56~87.57 mg/m^(3),中位数是6.70 mg/m^(3);结合每个企业不同作业时间计算,C-TWA为0.60~109.96 mg/m^(3),中位数为5.35 mg/m^(3);作业场所中粉尘游离SiO2含量为33.10%~79.98%;现场口罩佩戴人数占比为32.38%,其中佩戴专业性防尘口罩人数占比为24.76%;调查期间运行湿式作业机器占比为65.56%,干式作业机器为34.44%;工作场所中有通风装置占比为60.00%,每年1次健康体检的占比为20.00%,有职业卫生培训的占比为40.00%。结论濮阳市大理石加工厂作业场所中粉尘危害较为严重,具有高含量SiO2,且职业病防护意识弱,应采取相应措施以改善粉尘危害,降低SiO2含量,并增强职业病防护意识与措施。Objective To analyze the detection of free silica(SiO2)content in workplace dust in marble processing factory of Puyang City and the investigation and intervention of occupational disease prevention.Methods A total of 105 workers in 15 marble processing factories in Puyang City from July to September in 2020 were selected as the research objects.The dust concentration and the content of free SiO2(dust concentration)in the dust were detected;the detection results of free SiO2 content were counted,and the occupational disease prevention status was investigated.Results The air c-stel of 15 marble processing plants was 0.56~87.57 mg/m^(3),and the median was 6.70 mg/m^(3);combined with different operation time of each enterprise,the c-twa was 0.60~109.96 mg/m^(3),and the median was 5.35 mg/m^(3).The results showed that the proportion of people wearing masks on site was 32.38%,among which 24.76%wore professional dust masks;ran wet working machines and ran dry working machines were 65.56%and 34.44%respectively during the survey period;60.00%had ventilation devices in the workplace;20.00%had health examination once a year;20.00%had occupational hygiene problems.The proportion of student training was 40.00%.Conclusion The dust hazards of workers in marble processing factory in Puyang City are serious,with high content of SiO2 and weak awareness of occupational disease prevention.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the dust hazards,reduce the content of SiO2,and enhance the awareness and measures of occupational disease prevention.
