摘　　要：目的构建新生儿听力筛查与诊断的质控量表,并评价其信度及效度。方法根据国家卫生健康委颁布的相关文件及指南,对新生儿听力筛查与诊断质量控制应达到的相应条件编写量表,并对266家新生儿听力筛查机构和72家新生儿听力诊断机构发放该量表进行调查,采用SPSS19.0软件分析量表的信度和效度。结果新生儿听力筛查机构和诊断机构回收的有效量表分别是266份和72份,有效性100%。新生儿听力筛查质控量表和新生儿听力诊断质控量表总体的克朗巴赫系数分别为0.934和0.969,折半信度系数分别为0.708和0.852。因子分析显示,筛查质控量表8个领域的方差累积贡献率为69.87%,诊断质控量表4个领域的方差累积贡献率为84.30%,本量表具有良好的内容效度。结论成功构建了新生儿听力筛查与诊断质控量表,且该量表具有良好的内部一致性信度、折半信度及结构效度,可用于新生儿听力筛查与诊断的质控评估。Objective To construct the quality control scale of newborn hearing screening and diagnosis,and evaluate theirs reliability and validity.Methods According to government documents and relevant guidelines,the quality control scale of newborn hearing screening and diagnosis was defined in detail,the scale was compiled and filled out by 266 screening institutions and 72 diagnosis institutions.The reliability of the scale was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results Experts authenticated the scales with high validity.The Chronbach'sαof screening and diagnosis were 0.934 and 0.969,respectively.The split-half reliability coefficient were 0.708 and 0.852,respectively.Factor analysis showed all factors'variance contribution accumulates to 69.870%and 84.297%,respectively.Conclusion The scales have good internal consistency reliability,half reliability and structural validity.They can be used to evaluate the intelligence of the newborn hearing screening and diagnosis.
