摘 要:为研究泉州市科技服务业与制造业的互动关系,构建基于投入和资源指标以及效果和效率指标的评价指标体系。运用区位熵指数方法对区域科技服务业关联因素进行集聚测度,运用灰色关联分析模型研究泉州市科技服务业与制造业互动发展的充分性和均衡性问题。研究结果显示,科技服务业关联因素集聚度不高以及制造业整体科技创新能力不足是制约泉州市制造业转型升级发展的主要因素。根据研究结果,提出加大科技服务业投入力度、加强科技服务业功能规划效度和强化科技服务业政策导向效应等建议。In order to quantitatively study the promotion space of Quanzhou City science and technology service industry in the process of promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,an evaluation index system based on input and resource indexes,as well as effect and efficiency indexes,was constructed.The grouping of correlational factors of science and technology service industry was measured by means of the location entropy of index.A model of grey relation was used to analyze the adequacy and equilibrium of the development of Quanzhou City science and technology service industry and its manufacturing industry.It was found that the low concentration of correlational factors of science and technology service industry and the lack of overall scientific and technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry were the main factors restricting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Quanzhou City.Hence some optimization suggestions were put forward,such as increasing investment in science and technology service industry,strengthening the effectiveness of function planning of science and technology service industry,and strengthening the policy guidance effect of science and technology service industry.
